Clear Plastic Clamshell design does not interfere with crust. Allows you to make a full crust on 5" pan and top closes over and snaps shut.

These are made of a durable plastic and can be stacked on top of eachother.

This works with most 5" tart or pie pans, however it does not work with HFA #306-25-2000

Outer dimensions 6 x 6-1/2 x 2 inches. Maximum size of pie pan that will fit 5-1/4" outside diameter. Dome allows 3/4" of room above the rim of the pie pan.
